Before Jennifer was coaching executives and sales teams, she was in a junior high classroom — for six years. That foundation shapes everything about how she coaches today. She doesn't just motivate people; she actually teaches them skills that stick.

After transitioning from education into the corporate world, Jennifer spent over 15 years coaching hundreds of sales managers and sales representatives, primarily in call center environments. She understands the pace, the pressure, and the very specific skills it takes to perform consistently in that arena.

Most recently, Jennifer coached human trafficking survivors through Queens — guiding them through customer service, sales, marketing, technology skills, and the confidence-building that makes all of it possible. That experience stands as some of the most meaningful work of her career, and it reflects exactly what JLux Coaching is built on: the belief that the right skills, taught the right way, genuinely change lives.
